Therapy that honors Your Fatigue, fire, and becoming.
What if you stopped surviving your own life and started living with confidence and ease?
You wake each day with a constant pressure to be impressive, helpful, and emotionally available to everyone.
beneath the heaviness is a grief, asking, “Is this all there is? Should I bury the dream of becoming who i thought i could be?”
You don’t have to bury that dream at all. The truth is, when you find yourself stuck in a loop of chronic disappointment, exhaustion, stress, and self-doubt, it’s not a sign of irreversible burnout or depression, but a call to listen for the stories your nervous system is trying to tell.
In my room, I help you do this from a safe, supported, and empowered stance. With steadiness and intention, I’ll guide you into the confidence, freedom, and spaciousness that you’ve always deserved, and that are waiting patiently on the other side of all that hurts and overwhelms.
What if you didn’t have to carry this Heaviness anymore?
You’re allowed to slow down and speak up about what matters to you.
Whether you're exhausted from bending to everyone’s comforts, expectations, ideals, and schedules, are searching for the sparks of passion that got buried under years of being helpful, pleasing, or perfect, or still aching from a childhood that served you hurtful messages about your value, you deserve a space that fiercely honors all of you.
As your therapist, I won't stop at helping you soothe the pain; I’ll invite you into something greater: the reclamation and celebration of your wholeness.
Any of these ring familiar?
You’ve been living to please the world for so long, you sometimes wonder who you really are, and what you want.
You dream about taking a break, but fear that slowing down or saying “no” would make you less impressive, lovable, or secure.
You’ve got one part of you that uses busyness or usefulness as bandaids, and another part that stews in resentment over everything you have to be for others.
You carry this sense of invisible loneliness, and if others knew how badly you were secretly unraveling, they might not believe it.
What if there’s a better way?
The version of you that’s fully alive is calling—I help you answer.
My compassionate, soul-led approach to treating burnout and restoring self-worth is gentle, science-backed, and energizing—even fun. I’ll design a plan to help you reclaim your pleasure, softness, silliness, curiosity, laughter, and ease—the many sacred and wonderful aspects of you that may’ve been traded for survival.
With my guidance, you’ll rediscover and witness all the valuable strengths and resources that may’ve gotten buried under years of achievement, busyness, chaos, financial pressures, over-giving, people-pleasing, or the exhausting quest to be accepted and loved.
This is more than therapy; this is sanctuary.
This is where you can pause the performance and find comfort in just being. It’s also where you lay down your burdens and reconvene with the callings, desires, and interests you may’ve cast away long ago.
Therapy for burnout and depression can and should be a joyful, life-giving experience. In my room, it’s where your most powerful voice is given volume. It’s where you’re allowed to rest, to roar, and to rise. And, ultimately, return to being whole.

My energizing approach calls upon current, evidence-based therapy tools designed to heal relationship hurts, empower self-worth, restore safety to your nervous system, and create real, lasting change in your life.
Internal Family Systems (IFS): Just as you were born into a family, your mind is home to a family of sub-personalities—each with their own beliefs, fears, and values. When trauma finds you, these parts take on extreme roles to survive the pain. In session, we create the care and safety needed to unburden these parts and reharmonize your inner world.
Restoration Therapy (RT): This attachment-based approach pulls in neuroscienceto repair the relational traumas that shaped your self-concept early in life. When connection felt cold, conditional, or unpredictable, you may’ve folded in beliefs that now drive symptoms of depression, anger, or codependence. In session, we rehabilitate your self-trust so you can live from choice and wholeness, not reflex and wounds. .
a more joyful and satisfying life is possible for you. I’d love to show you how.
Somatic and Nervous System Care: Calling upon elements of polyvagal theory, sensorimotor psychotherapy, and somatic experiencing, I’ll guide you through uniquely curated sequences of breathwork, grounding and reorienting exercises, gentle movement, and lifestyle habits to bring forth the wisdom of your body and remind you of the harmony that’s possible.
Experiential Therapy Techniques: I use a collection of energizing tools to spark change and allow you to vividly see more of what’s available to you. From sand tray to guided imagery, I create artful experiences to embolden self-expression, magnify impact, and allow you to “try on” new emotions, perspectives, and stories.
Brainspotting (BSP): Trauma creates disconnections between the brain and body, holding primitive survival modes in our nervous system—ones we no longer need but can’t flush out with simple talk therapy. With BSP, we can discharge these traumas quickly and efficiently. To learn more about Brainspotting, go here.

FAQs: Burnout Therapy
-
I’ve walked through burnout myself—and I know how unsuspectingly it can sneak in, especially when self-worth is tangled up in performance, people-pleasing, and perfectionism.
But personal experience alone isn’t what qualifies me to help you treat it.
As a trauma-focused therapist, I’ve pursued ongoing post-graduate training in anxiety, depression, chronic stress, shame, and nervous system repair, and I lean into burnout with both science and soul. Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade immersed in mental health, interviewing top researchers and spiritual thought leaders to explore the deeper patterns that shape us.
That work continues in the therapy room today, where I draw from evidence-based practices to help you safely unhook from burnout at its roots—not just manage symptoms, but rediscover authentic energy, clarity, and Self-trust.
Burnout does not have to be your forever.
I wholeheartedly believe in your capacity to heal and wiggle free from exhaustion, chronic stress, and overwhelm—no matter what you’ve traveled through.

Power Haven Therapy offers a soul-led, energizing approach to healing that goes beyond symptom management and into whole-Self unburdening.
I believe therapy can—and should—do far more than help you cope. It can unlock your aliveness, clarity, and joy.
Grounded in nervous system wisdom, attachment research, neuroscience-supported mindfulness, and a deep reverence for your innate healing capacities, this work safely witnesses you, believes you, honors you, and guides you toward real change. Together, we’ll explore the unconscious patterns that’ve shaped your inner and outer worlds, and reclaim the parts of you that learned to control, perform, or hide in exchange for survival.
What makes this work different?
It’s creative, enlivening, and actionable. And it helps you become your own most trusted source of confidence, courage, and authority. So, whether you’re sobbing in the car between school pickups or meetings, people-pleasing yourself into depletion, or collapsing at the end of the day, while dreading the next…
This is your place to reawaken and rise. And I’d be delighted to lead you there.

While no two people are the same, some common patterns often appear at my doorway. If you see yourself in any of these, it might be your signal that you’ve landed in the right place:
You wake up exhausted, no matter how much you sleep—like your body is stuck in low-battery mode.
You’re outwardly composed but inwardly unraveling—caught in cycles of overgiving, perfectionism, and people-pleasing that leave little room for you.
Even small tasks feel arduous. You resent your inbox, cancel plans you actually wanted, and question whether you’re just “lazy” (you’re probably not).
You might toggle between pushing yourself harder… and fantasizing about vanishing into the night.
You wonder if the life you’ve worked so hard to build is actually yours—or just a performance you’ve been running on autopilot.
You crave rest, passion, creativity, and joy—but fear, guilt, or distraction kicks in the moment you try to claim any.
It’s like you’ve been holding the weight of so much for too long, but always barely holding on.
Here, you don’t have to minimize your pain, perform your strength, or walk it alone. You get to speak the unspeakable.
And you get to begin again—on your own powerful terms.

Enhance creativity, inspiration, and self-expression

Great question. The short of it is this: anxiety, depression, and burnout often overlap. So much of the time, I’m working on it all.
Anxiety tends to show up as persistent worry, restlessness, and a feeling of being constantly on edge. Depression typically appears as low mood, a loss of interest in one’s beloved passions and hobbies, and a feeling of hopelessness. Finally, burnout centers on exhaustion, maxed capacity, irritability, and a sense of depletion that doesn’t let up with rest—often entangled with chronic stress, over-responsibility, and mounting pressures.
That said, burnout can trigger anxiety or depression, and anxiety or depression can fan the flames of burnout.
In my room, I take a curious inventory of all your symptoms, then look beyond the labels for the life experiences, coping mechanisms, and patterns that drive them— because I understand that symptoms persist until you heal the wound that the symptom is convinced it must protect.

Absolutely! This is one of the most common yet misunderstood forms of burnout.
Indeed, you can be high-functioning , but painfully burned out, depressed, or suffering with low self-esteem. I help many clients who perform exceedingly well on the outside—knocking out big deadlines, being an all-star mom, inspiring others with their usefulness and success—all while privately coming undone.
My work unburdens this hidden ache—restoring spaciousness, self-advocacy, trust, and even a sense of wonder about what it means to be alive.
Know this: you don’t have to keep surviving on adrenaline or external validation alone. There’s a much better way. I’d love to show you how.

This is one of my specialties! And, believe me: Life gets better when you’re not carrying around the fear of being exposed as a fraud.
The thing is, imposter syndrome is rarely about competence or talent, and more so the result of early attachment ruptures and traumatic experiences that trained your nervous system to stay vigilant and self-critical in order to succeed.
I’ll help you explore, witness and unburden these patterns and rebuild an internal foundation of confidence, curious openness, and self-trust that isn’t dependent upon an invitation or applause. Eventually, courage and self-belief will become stronger and more natural responses built into you, rather than tools you have to search for again and again.
-
Absolutely, I do! While most of my clients prefer in-person sessions, that isn’t possible for everyone. Luckily, some studies show that online therapy is just as effective as in-person appointments. I’ve witnessed incredible results with it.
For those with busy schedules, work and childcare demands, limited local options, or disabilities that make travel challenging, online therapy can feel like a godsend.
You don’t have to hold this depletion and heaviness anymore—certainly not alone. With online therapy, healing and recovery are more accessible than ever. I’d be honored to play a role in yours.
