In cases of trauma, the past is often still alive in the body, manifesting as symptoms that often breed chaos, confusion, and shame. My role involves turning toward your parts with fierce compassion and curiosity, helping you unearth the stories your symptoms are desperate to tell.

Drawing from a range of somatic wisdom and wellness practices, including breathwork, Brainspotting, sensorimotor techniques, and powerful grounding tools, I'll help you attune to your body’s wise signals and expand your capacity to stay with what once felt unbearable.

 

With my support, you’ll be invited to see your trauma responses not as flaws, but as mighty aspects that have fought to protect you. And you’ll learn to guide your system, gently but powerfully, back into empowered regulation.

Attachment & Neuroscience-Based mindfulness For Lasting Life Change

Mindfulness isn’t just about stealing a moment of calm—it’s about waking up to the heartbreaks, rejections, and survival strategies behind the scenes that may have been running the show for so long. Ones that have been masquerading as your personality.

 

In session, calling upon Restoration Therapy's (RT) holistic and integrative approach, we’ll use attachment-based and neuroscience-supported mindfulness tools to track the moments your system flares with fear, shame, and unworthiness—and teach your brain and body a more intentional way forward.

 

You’ll learn how to respond from your truth, not just your trauma. And from that self-regulated place, manifestation of healthier relationships and satisfying endeavors stops being a dream and starts becoming a reality. This is how you create a life that reflects your bigness, your brilliance, and your worth—not just your wounds.
